423 Leadership Meeting Recap
423 Women leader, Ghislaine (Gigi) Schmidt, was the Zoom keynote speaker at our June 423 Leadership meeting. Gigi has served as a 423 Women leader for the past couple years and continues to bring a wealth of experience to the all-important theme of pastoral care and leadership in the 423 Communities environment. Many of you have heard Gigi speak and were encouraged by her insights on building trust and strengthening 423 members as we re-launch in-person meetings post-Covid. She specifically addressed critical small group recovery topics like creating a place for emotional engagement, building community, finding progressive healing, and advancing the Kingdom of God through the gospel of sexual integrity.
