  • Support Groups

Whether you are a man, woman, wife or student looking for support, we are here for you no matter where you find yourself on the journey. Our support groups meet online or in-person and are facilitated by trained leaders!

  • Start a Community

One of our greatest missions is to equip every church with a safe, thriving community for those struggling with problematic sexual behaviors and betrayal trauma. We know not every church has the ability to create a thriving program, this is why we provide the entire experience for you!

If you’d like more info on how to get started, email Joel@423communities.org to start the conversation.

  • How does it work?

Inside every group, the practices of connection, openness and reflection of one another inside the community, lead towards deeper and deeper levels of self-understanding, fostering healthy emotional and spiritual growth. It is from these dynamic relationships of intimacy and trust, that true healing can begin. From this space, our communities work to equip one another with various recovery resources, focusing on inner-healing, unpacking emotional trauma, and building effective relapse prevention tools to aid in the journey of recovery.

Our goal is not to solely end bad sexual behavior, but to lead others towards a deeper understanding of themselves, providing for not only sobriety from the problem, but movement towards holistic mental, emotional and spiritual health and freedom.

  • Why Community?

We know that we are not meant to do life alone, neither can you do recovery alone! We were created to be connected with others inside relationships. The core of every 423 group is the formation of healthy community and connection. We pride ourselves on developing a safe, confidential, emotionally healthy environment in which to start the recovery journey. In any one of our groups, you can expect to be fully loved as you work to become fully known. Our 1st goal of group is to provide a space for someone to be seen, known, and loved in the midst of their story. Our grace-based community allows for the freedom from shame to start the journey or recovery. Our 2nd goal, nonetheless important, is to be disciples together and equip each other to be active members in discipleship to Christ and inside our recovery journey, leading towards total restoration.
